Will a tractor and 53-foot trailer actually fit?
Yes. A full combination runs roughly 70 to 75 feet, and the standard stall is 80 by 11.6. That is working room at both ends rather than parking to the inch. If you run wider than standard — oversize, or a load that overhangs — there are 13, 13.6 and 14.6-foot stalls on the yard.
Can I line it up without a spotter?
That was the point of the layout. The drive aisles are sized for full-length rigs rather than squeezed to fit more stalls in, and every space pulls in clean — nothing on this yard requires backing into a corner you cannot see. The aerial photograph above is the honest version of that claim.
How much is it?
$129.99 a month for the standard 11.6 × 80 space, $67.99 a week, or $14 a day. Wide-load stalls run $139.99 to $194.99 monthly. No quote form and no callback — the rate is on this page and in the booking system.
Is it secure enough to leave a loaded trailer?
Gated with individual app credentials, camera monitored, fenced on every side, LED lit end to end, generator backed and resident managed — laid out as a no-exit loop with no blindside stalls. Cargo theft is the risk that actually costs money on a loaded 53-footer, and the yard is designed around it rather than around spot count.
Can I get out at 3 a.m. on a Sunday?
Yes — 24/7 through the app on your own credential, every day of the year, with a keypad code as backup. Only 36.7% of facilities in a 2026 survey of 10,431 sites confirmed 24-hour access; most close at 10pm.
