Truck parking
Priced by the stall, not by what you drive
If it fits, that is the price. A tractor alone does not need an 80-foot space and should not pay for one, which is why the short stalls exist.

- 11.6 × 55 ft — $115/mo$10/day · $67.99/week. A dropped 53-foot trailer without its tractor.
- 11.6 × 80 ft — $129.99/mo$14/day · $67.99/week. The standard tractor-trailer stall.
- 12 × 80 ft — $139.99/mo$14/day · $67.99/week. A little more shoulder room.
- 12.6 × 80 ft — $144.99/mo$14/day · $67.99/week. Wide mirrors, awkward trailers.

Storage vaults
From $88 a month, monthly only
An 8×20 drive-up vault is 160 square feet of all-steel unit at ground level, with double doors that open the full width and no shared walls.
Vaults are rented monthly — there is no daily or weekly rate. Individual units vary, so the booking system shows the rate against each vault that is available rather than making you call to find out.
Contractors and small businesses use these differently — both have their own page.
What the rate covers
The stall, and everything around it
The number above is for the space. Everything below comes with it rather than being an add-on, because a gate you have to pay extra for is not a gate.
- 24/7 gate accessYour own app credential, keypad code as backup, seven days a week.
- The security stackCameras, perimeter fencing, LED lighting end to end, backup generator, no blindside stalls, no-exit loop.
- A resident managerContinuous on-property management rather than a patrol twice a night.
- Room to manoeuvreAisles laid out for full-length rigs, so a 53-footer lines up without a spotter.
- Month to monthNo contract, no term, no notice period beyond the month you are in.
- Deposit and insuranceConfirmed when you book rather than published here, because they depend on what you are parking.
Every security claim on that list is photographed and cited.
Daily, weekly or monthly
The same stall, three ways to pay for it
Nothing about the space changes with how you book it — same stall, same gate, same hours.
- Daily — from $10One night off the ramp, booked from the cab.
- Weekly — $67.99Most stalls. Cheaper than five separate nights.
- Monthly — from $89A specific stall held for you, month to month.
- Where they meetOn the standard 80-foot stall, daily and monthly come out level at around ten nights.
- Fleet — five or moreOne invoice, one point of contact, one renewal date.
- Vaults — monthly onlyNo daily or weekly rate on the storage side.

Questions
About the rates
What does truck parking cost?
From $89 a month for a 40-foot stall and $129.99 for the standard 11.6 by 80 foot tractor-trailer space, up to $194.99 for extra wide. Daily runs $10 to $28 by size; weekly is $67.99 on most stalls.
What does a storage vault cost?
From $88 a month for an 8x20 drive-up vault. Vaults are rented monthly only, so there is no daily or weekly rate, and individual units vary — the booking system shows the rate against each one that is available.
Are these the real rates, or a starting point?
They are the rates. The whole card is on this page rather than behind a quote form, which is more than most yards on this corridor will tell you before you phone them.
Is monthly cheaper than daily?
On the standard 80-foot stall, daily is $14 and monthly is $129.99, so the two come out level at around ten nights. Below that daily is cheaper; above it monthly is.
Is there a contract?
No. Parking and vaults are month to month, with no term to sign and no notice period beyond the month you are in.
What is included in the rate?
The stall or the vault, 24/7 gate access on your own app credential, the lighting, the cameras, the perimeter fencing, the backup generator and the resident manager. Deposit and insurance requirements are confirmed when you book.
Do you do fleet rates?
Five spaces or more gets one invoice, one point of contact and one renewal date. Terms for larger blocks are worked out on a call rather than published.
Do rates change at busy times?
No. The published rate is the rate, whether it is a holiday weekend or a storm week.
