What monthly buys
A stall that is still yours when you get back
Daily parking is a place to stop. Monthly is somewhere the truck lives — and the difference shows up in ways the rate card does not.
- The same space each timeA monthly booking holds a specific stall, not a place in a queue. No circling to see what is left at 11 p.m.
- No contractMonth to month. No term to sign, no notice period beyond the month you are in.
- One payment, not thirtyA single monthly charge in the app rather than a transaction every night.
- Predictable costThe rate does not move with demand, a holiday weekend or the weather.
- Somewhere to plan aroundLoads get scheduled against a yard you know has room, rather than around whatever you can find.
- Same gate, same hours24/7 app access on your own credential, seven days, whichever way you pay.
Parking here more than about ten nights a month?
The yard
Gated, lit and staffed, at whatever hour you get in
Monthly means the truck spends more time here unattended than a nightly stop ever does, which makes the security stack the part that actually matters.
- Resident managerContinuous on-property management, not a patrol twice a night.
- No blindside stallsEvery space visible from a drive aisle and covered by camera.
- No-exit loopIn and out the same way. No through route, so no drive-through theft.
- Backup generatorGate and cameras survive a Gulf Coast outage rather than failing open.
- Individual credentialsYour own app access, so entries are attributable.
- Tire shop on the propertyJosh’s Tire Shop operates inside the gate — independent business, own hours and pricing.
Every claim there is photographed and cited on the security page.

Questions
Before you book the month
How much is monthly truck parking?
From $89 a month for a 40-foot space and $129.99 for the standard 11.6 by 80 foot tractor-trailer stall. Wider stalls run $139.99 to $194.99. The rate is the same whether you are here every night or four nights a week.
Is monthly cheaper than paying daily?
On the standard space, daily is $14 and monthly is $129.99, so the two come out level at around ten nights. Above that the month is the lower number.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Monthly parking is month to month with no contract to sign and no notice period beyond the month you are in.
Can I keep the same space each month?
Yes. A monthly booking holds a specific stall rather than a place in a queue, so you come back to the same space rather than hunting for whatever is left.
What if I need to leave the truck for several months?
That is what most monthly customers do. The booking renews month to month for as long as you need it, and you give it up when you are done.
Do you do fleet rates for several trucks?
Five or more spaces gets one invoice and one point of contact instead of five separate bookings. Call 832-979-2713 and we will work out terms.
