Can I move a truck or trailer here at short notice?
Yes. Spaces book online at $14.99 a day and the gate runs 24/7, so you are not waiting on an office to open while a storm is tracking.
Is the yard prone to flooding?

Should I put equipment in a vault before a storm?
An 8×20 vault is sealed steel with the doors out of the prevailing weather, which is a better place for tools and stock than a jobsite container or the back of a van. It is not climate controlled.
How late can I get in during the season?
The gate is open 24 hours, every day, on an individual app credential with a keypad code as backup.
Do rates change during storm season?
No. The published rate is the rate: $129.99 a month or $14.99 a day for any standard stall, $88 for a vault.
