This yard sits five minutes off the interstate at Brookshire, ahead of the metro rather than behind it. Katy, Fulshear, Waller, Cypress, Sealy and Richmond are all a short run out. Drivers staging for a morning pickup west of the city save the whole deadhead.

What size space do I need?
A tractor with a 53-foot trailer wants the standard 11.6′ × 80′. A bobtail, box truck, day cab or van fits the 40-foot space at $89. Anything over 12 feet wide needs a wide-load space — 13′, 13.6′ or 14.6′. If you are unsure, call and describe the rig.
Is monthly cheaper than paying daily?
Substantially. The standard space is $14 a day or $129.99 a month, so monthly pays for itself at about nine days. If you are here regularly, take the month.
Can I get in and out at night?
