Five spaces or more. That gets one invoice, one point of contact and one renewal date rather than five separate bookings to chase.
What does fleet parking cost?
Spaces are priced by size — $89 a month for a 40-foot stall up to $194.99 for extra wide, with the standard 80-foot tractor-trailer stall at $129.99. Terms for larger blocks are worked out on a call rather than published.
Can we mix space sizes?
Yes, and most fleets do. Tractors on 40-foot stalls, combinations on 80-foot, dropped trailers on 55-foot, all on one account.
Can each driver have their own gate access?
Yes. Access runs on individual app credentials rather than a shared code, so every entry is attributable to a person rather than to the company.
Do you take drop trailers as well as trucks?
Yes. Trailer storage runs on the same yard, so a drop-and-hook operation and the tractors that serve it sit behind one gate.
Is there a contract?
Month to month by default. If you want to fix a rate across a longer term for a block of spaces, that is a conversation worth having.
