A trailer on its own does not need a tractor-trailer stall
This is the part most yards will not tell you, because the bigger space costs more. A 53-foot trailer dropped without its tractor fits a 55-foot stall — you only need the 80 if the tractor is staying coupled to it.

Do I need an 80-foot space for a dropped trailer?
Usually not. A 53-foot trailer on its own fits a 55-foot stall at around $115 a month, which is cheaper than the 80-footer sized for a tractor and trailer coupled together. Take the 80 if the tractor is staying attached or you want room around it. The shorter stalls are popular, so the booking system is the honest answer on what is open.
How much is it?
$89 a month for a 40-foot space, around $115 for 55 feet, $129.99 for a standard 80-foot stall. Oversize widths of 13, 13.6 and 14.6 feet run $154.99 to $194.99. Daily and weekly are available on the same spaces.
Can one driver drop it and another collect it?
Yes — that is what the yard is set up for. Gate access is on individual app credentials, so a drop at 2am and a collection at 5am both work without anyone being called, and both entries are attributable to a person rather than to a shared code.
Is it safe to leave a loaded trailer for a few weeks?
A dropped trailer sits unattended longer than anything else on a yard, so the layout matters as much as the fence. There are no blindside stalls — every space is visible from an aisle and covered by camera — and the yard runs as a no-exit loop, so there is no through route. Add gated individual access, perimeter fencing, LED lighting end to end, a backup generator and a resident manager.
