What goes in one
The stuff that does not fit in a hallway unit
Most self storage is sized for household overflow. Trades run into the same three walls every time: length, weight, and the fact that everything has to travel down a corridor to get there.
- Sixteen-foot lumberStuds, trim, decking and sheet goods go in flat and come out flat. A 15-foot unit cannot take them at any price.

The corridor is what costs you. A trolley, a lift, a doorway that turns, and forty feet of hallway between the unit and where the van is parked — repeated every trip, at the start of a day that is already long enough.
Here you reverse to the doors, open both of them across the full eight-foot face, and load. The gate runs on your own app credential 24 hours a day, so a five o’clock start on a Saturday works exactly like a Tuesday lunchtime — there is no office to open first and nobody to call.

Will 16-foot lumber and full conduit runs fit?
Yes — twenty feet in a straight line. Sixteen-foot studs, decking, trim, conduit and an extension ladder all go in flat. This is the single biggest practical difference from an indoor unit: a 10×15 is fifteen feet, so long material simply does not go in, whatever you are paying.
How much is it?
From $88 a month, month to month, no contract. Vaults are monthly only — there is no daily or weekly rate. Individual units vary and the booking system shows the rate on each one that is available.
Can I load straight from the truck?
That is the point of them. The vaults sit at ground level on the yard, so you reverse to the doors and load. Both doors open the full eight-foot width, so nothing has to be angled through a frame, wheeled down a corridor, or lifted onto a trolley first.
Can I get in before the working day starts?
24/7 on your own app credential, seven days a week, with a keypad code as backup. Five in the morning on a Saturday is the same as noon on a Tuesday — no office to open, no window to make.
Is it secure enough for a van’s worth of tools?
Gated with individual credentials, camera monitored, fenced on every side, LED lit end to end, generator backed and resident managed — and each vault is a sealed steel box rather than a partition away from someone else’s unit. Set that against a jobsite container or a van left on the street overnight.
Can I keep the trailer here too?
Yes. Parking spaces run 40 to 80 feet from $89 a month, behind the same gate. A lot of trades run both — the trailer on a space, the tools and material in a vault. Call 832-979-2713 and we will set the pair up together.
