Who we are
LockRig runs a truck parking and storage yard at 3485 FM 362, Brookshire, TX 77423. This policy covers the website lockrig.com and the information we collect when you use it, contact us, or rent a space. Questions go to info@lockrig.com or 1-844-LOCK-RIG.
What we collect
When you contact us. The call-back request in the website chat asks for your name and phone number. If you call, text or email us, we keep what you send.
When you leave feedback. The survey at /review/ records your score and any answers you type. A first name and phone number are optional and only needed if you ask the manager to call you back.
When you rent a space. Bookings, payments and gate access run through our booking partners, ParkNation and SpotOS. They collect the details needed for the rental, such as your name, contact details, vehicle and plate, and payment card. We receive what we need to manage your rental. We do not see or store your full card number. Their own privacy policies also apply to what you give them.
On the yard. The property is covered by security cameras, and the gate records each entry and exit by credential. That footage and the access log are used for security and to settle disputes.
Automatically, on the website. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). The site uses the cookies described below.
Cookies
- Necessary. A session cookie on some pages, and
lr_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for a year. - Measurement and advertising. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies count visits and tell us whether our ads lead to enquiries. They run unless you decline them.
- Maps. Pages with a map load it from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
You can decline measurement and advertising cookies in the cookie notice, or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Declining removes the Google Analytics and Ads cookies the site has set and keeps them off on that device. Google's own use of data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use it

- To keep the yard secure and investigate incidents
- To follow up on feedback and improve the service
- To see how the website is used and whether our advertising works
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of the business for us: our booking and access partners (ParkNation and SpotOS), our web host, our phone and text provider (OpenPhone), our email provider, and Google for measurement and advertising
- Law enforcement or insurers when the law requires it, or when footage or records are needed to deal with theft, damage or a safety incident
- A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised
Text messages
If you give us your number for a call-back or a rental, we may text you about that request or your rental. We do not send marketing texts without your agreement. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and feedback records for as long as they are useful for following up, and rental records for as long as the rental lasts plus the period we need for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Camera footage is kept for a limited time and then overwritten, unless it is needed for an incident.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS, and enquiry and feedback records are kept in a private area of the site only staff can open. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@lockrig.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted here.
